Transfer Articulation

 
Transfer articulation refers to the process used by the University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) to compare the content of courses completed and transferred from another institution. USCB and the Department of Education conduct evaluation of transfer credit.
 
USCB and the Department of Education collaborated with the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL) to develop three options listed below for TCL students who are interested in transferring into USCB's Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education (B.A. in ECED) or Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (B.A. in ELEM) programs.
 
Transfer Option 1: Associate of Applied Science Degree in Early Care and Education
The successful student will be able to transfer up to 67 credit hours into the B.A. in ECED Program at USCB.
 
Transfer Option 2: Associate of Applied Science Degree in Early Care and Education
The successful student will be able to transfer up to 61 credit hours into the B.A. in Elementary Education Program at USCB.
 
Transfer Option 3Associate of Arts Transfer Block in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education.The successful student will be able to transfer up to 58 credit hours into the B.A. in ECED Program at USCB.
