Applying for your Degree
To receive a USCB degree, complete a degree application and submit it to the Office of the Registrar by the published deadline for that semester (this is listed in the schedule for the term prior to desired graduation).
You must also submit a printed copy of your degree audit, signed by your advisor, along with the confirmation page of the graduation survey. This degree audit, after verification, forms the basis for the approval or rejection of the graduation application.
All courses counting toward the degree must meet all regulations and requirements of USCB and the major department for which the degree is requested. A minimum of 2.0 USC System GPA, as well as a minimum 2.0 Collegiate Summary GPA, is required for all USCB degrees.
