Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is located in 135 Hargray on the Hilton Head Gateway campus. We oversee registration, grades, and degree completion certification. Course registration is conducted via VIP, USC’s Visual Information Processing Internet site. Access VIP to register, change course schedules, order official transcripts, request enrollment verification, change your address, and pay fees.
