Fred Beasley joined USCB in 2009 as an Associate Professor of Marketing. He teaches classes in Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Introduction to Marketing Research, and Marketing Strategy and Planning.
Prior to joining the USCB faculty, Dr. Beasley was a marketing professor at Northern Kentucky University for 15 years. He received his Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Prior to his doctoral education, Dr. Beasley completed an M.B.A. at Oklahoma State University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Beasley’s work experience includes five years as a marketing research analyst and three years as a social worker.
Dr. Beasley’s research interests are in the areas of consumer promotions, marketing education, and sports marketing.
