Robert H. Landrum is an Associate Professor of History and Director of the History Program at USCB. He earned a B.A. in history magna cum laude at the University of Colorado, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in history at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Landrum’s research interests center around seventeenth-century Scotland, early modern nationalism and national identity; Scottish and British religious dissent, and witchcraft and European women’s history. He has published in The Historian, The Aberdeen University Quarterly, The South Carolina Encyclopedia, and the Scottish Witchcraft Project. His teaching interests run the gamut from the ancient to the modern West and Environmental History. He served as a visiting scholar at the Colorado Center for British Studies in 1996, 2000, 2002 and 2003.
