Lee Johnson, M.Ed.

 

Elizabeth Lee Johnson, Elementary Program Coordinator and Instructor, earned a B.S. degree in Elementary Education in 1984 and M.Ed. degree in Elementary Education in 1992 from Winthrop University.  She is a Ph.D. candidate ABD in Elementary Education at the University of South Carolina. 

Prior to coming to USCB, Ms. Johnson worked at USC Columbia as a clinical faculty member for four years and Winthrop University for four years as an instructor. Before teaching at the university level, she taught at the elementary level in Rock Hill, SC and Salvador, Brazil.  Ms. Johnson’s scholarship interest is in the area of the use of math manipulatives for concept development in the classroom.
