Nancy L. Gallenstein, Ph. D.
Nancy L. Gallenstein, Ph.D., Chair of the Department of Education and professor earned a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Montana State University and a Ph.D. in Education from Utah State University. She has taught at various universities including the Texas A&M system and Miami University in Oxford, OH. She taught on the elementary education level for 7 years and has 26 years of experience in the field of education; she also has 12 years of business management experience. Her scholarship interests are in the area of diversity-related inquiry learning strategies for preschool-grade 6 learners in mathematics, science and social studies.
