Transfer Articulation

Transfer articulation refers to the process used by the University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) to compare the content of courses completed and transferred from another institution. USCB and the Department of Education conduct evaluation of transfer credit.

USCB and the Department of Education collaborated with the Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL) to develop two options listed below for TCL students who are interested in transferring into USCB's Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education (B.A. in ECED) Program.

The successful student will be able to transfer up to 67 credit hours into the B.A. in ECED Program at USCB.

The successful student will be able to transfer up to 58 credit hours into the B.A. in ECED Program at USCB.

If you are interested in pursuing either one of these options, we encourage you to meet with your TCL advisor to plan your coursework accordingly
