Zach Powers lives and writes in Savannah, Georgia. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Caketrain, The Bitter Oleander, Opium Magazine, Quiddity, Pindeldyboz, Paradigm Journal, PANK, and elsewhere. He is the founder and co-host of the literary performance Seersucker Live. He is a past winner of Literary Death Match, a reading event held in cities throughout the world. His writing for television won an Emmy, and he was won three other Emmy awards for excellence in television production. He leads the writers’ workshop at the Flannery O’Connor Childhood Home, where he also serves on the board of directors. Get to know him at
