At USCB, there are so many things to do. Welcome Week is a great way to kick off the semester. It’s easy to get involved in clubs, events, intramurals, and sports teams. You don’t have to leave campus to find something to do.

Are you ready to get to know your fellow classmates, register for classes, see where you’ll live, meet faculty and staff, take placement tests, and have some fun on campus? Then it’s time for Orientation.

Every year, the University of South Carolina Beaufort welcomes more than 600 incoming freshmen and their parents to our two campuses—Hilton Head Gateway and Historic Beaufort. Orientation is a one-day event—with numerous registration dates to pick from—during June, July, and August (find a sample schedule here. Times subject to change).

To help make the move to USCB as smooth as possible, USCB Orientation—required for first-time incoming students—will help you and your parents to discover:
