Move-In Information

The residence halls officially open on Sunday, August 19, 2012.

Check-In
All new students can check-in between 8am-4pm and all returning students can check-in between 1pm-4pm. Requests for a check-in time that differs from these posted times should be sent to housing@uscb.edu by August 1, 2012. Requests should include a detailed explanation for a different check-in time. Athletes who are required to arrive prior to August 19 will receive check-in information by email.

For more information regarding Fall 2012 Move-In Day, please read the Move-In Guide.  The guide will provide useful information from preparation to arrival on Move-In Day.

The Move-In Day Guide will be available in May 2012.

Weather
During the summer months, it can be hot and humid, with average temperatures around 90°F.  Plan to wear cool and comfortable clothing for Move-in Day.

Here are some suggestions on which items to bring and which items need to be left at home.  Please take special consideration for items to prevent any issues during your first week in Housing.  Also, while you will want to be comfortable in your new residence hall room, storage space is limited.  Use these checklists as a guide while you pack.
