June Virtual Marathon Challenge

Sand Sharks Challenge - Marathon


  • Complete 26.2 miles of running or walking in 26 days
  • Distance can be done at one time or over multiple days
  • Track your distance (and time if you wish) on smartwatch, fitness tracker, or app (Strava, MapMyRun, etc.)
  • Screenshot each workout and tag @uscb_campusrec on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) with #USCBeWell OR directly email Lindsey Logue at


  • Must be registered
  • Deadline to post and tag or email is June 27
  • Participate at your own risk
  • Maintain social distancing guidelines and follow local ordinances
  • Open to all USCB faculty, staff, and students


  • First male and female to complete 26.2 miles will receive intramural champion t-shirt, Campus Rec water bottle, and bookstore gift.
  • Next 15 participants to complete full 26.2 miles will receive an intramural champion t-shirt and Campus Rec water bottle
  • All prizes will be mailed in July to address listed on registration form
