OCTOBER Virtual Fitness Challenge



  • Complete 31 miles of running or walking during the month of October.
  • Track your distance (and time if you wish) on smartwatch, fitness tracker, or app (Strava, MapMyRun, etc.)
  • Screenshot each workout and tag @uscb_campusrec on social media (Facebook or Instagram) with #USCBeWell OR directly email Lindsey Logue at


  • Must be registered - Register here.
  • Must be an intentional workout/not your daily step count
  • Deadline to post and tag or email is October 31.
  • Participate at your own risk
  • Maintain social distancing guidelines and follow local ordinances
  • Open to all USCB faculty, staff, and students


  • First male and female to complete 31 miles will receive intramural champion t-shirt and Campus Rec water bottle.
  • Next 5 participants to complete 31 miles will receive an intramural champion t-shirt.
