OCTOBER Virtual Fitness Challenge
OVERVIEW
- Complete 31 miles of running or walking during the month of October.
- Track your distance (and time if you wish) on smartwatch, fitness tracker, or app (Strava, MapMyRun, etc.)
- Screenshot each workout and tag @uscb_campusrec on social media (Facebook or Instagram) with #USCBeWell OR directly email Lindsey Logue at llogue@uscb.edu
RULES
- Must be registered - Register here.
- Must be an intentional workout/not your daily step count
- Deadline to post and tag or email is October 31.
- Participate at your own risk
- Maintain social distancing guidelines and follow local ordinances
- Open to all USCB faculty, staff, and students
PRIZES
- First male and female to complete 31 miles will receive intramural champion t-shirt and Campus Rec water bottle.
- Next 5 participants to complete 31 miles will receive an intramural champion t-shirt.
