Campus Programming and Traditions
Campus programming and traditions play an important role in supporting campus engagement and ensuring a vibrant campus community. The Office of Student Life works to ensure that all students are aware and involved in campus traditions such as Homecoming, Week of Welcome, Greek Week, etc. USCB traditions become a part of a student’s overall Sand Shark experience thus providing them with life-long memories that while initially influenced their time on campus, ultimately provide cherished life-long memories. Additionally, the Sand Shark Activities Board (SSAB) provides substantial campus-wide activities and programming that help build community and creates opportunities for students to connect to one another as well as the overall campus community.
