We have many community partnerships and programs which need support such as the Festival Series, Lunch with Authors and the Osher Lifelong
Learning Institute. Endowments may be established or annual giving in amounts of
$100 and above is encouraged.
Naming Opportunities give donors the opportunity to pay tribute to family, friends or community leaders by naming particular University buildings, areas, professorships or programs for them. There are numerous choices for naming gifts at both the Hilton Head Gateway Campus and The Historic Beaufort Campus.
To improve student life at USCB counseling, advisement and career planning centers are needed. Support for the development of sports and performance programs and facilities for both are being sought. Needed furnishings and equipment for student activities are also on our wish list.
While we recognize that many in our community have come from other places and have degrees from other universities thinking and acting locally will make a big difference in what we can provide for our students and our region. Our naming opportunities come with a much smaller price tag and much greater recognition than at other institutions. Gifts that might be insignificant for more established schools will have an immense and immediate impact here and now.
