Dr. Swift brings 30 years of senior management corporate and consulting experience to the classroom. In his instruction, he seeks to tie business theory to the actual application in the business world. Dr. Swift works closely with the career center in providing students with career management mentoring and planning.
In addition to his instruction, he administers the NOW Business Degree Plan and provides course advisement to all NOW business plan students. The NOW Business Degree plan is a schedule of classes using nights, online and weekends to provide business instruction to those students who are seeking a Bachelor's degree in business, but who also need to work during the week.

Entrepreneurship, Organizational Learning, Marketing, International Business, Management Strategy. Dr. Swift's research and articles center on organizational learning and cross function cooperation and information sharing, particularly in the marketing and sales areas.
