The university has three campuses. The beautiful new Hilton Head Island campus is located on the vacation destination barrier island of Hilton Head Island and is dedicated to Hospitality Management students. The Beaufort campus is situated in a National Historic District. The Bluffton campus has on-campus student housing for 1,000 residents and offers general education and lower-level courses to freshman and sophomore Hospitality Management students.
