How Courses Transfer to USCB

  • USCB only accepts course credit from institutions that are accredited by regional accreditation agencies or are active members of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
  • USCB determines course equivalencies on a per-institution basis. For instance, if you completed Psychology 101 at another university, USCB will decide whether it will also be recognized as Psychology 101 at USCB, based on the institution from which the course was taken.
  • To be eligible for transfer credit at USCB, courses must earn a grade of C or higher.
  • Remedial, developmental, technical, no credit courses, and courses taken on a pass/fail basis are not eligible for transfer credit.
  • Before an official evaluation of your transfer coursework can occur, you must submit your application along with all official transcripts.
  • For additional information on potential transfer credits, please utilize the course equivalency lookup tool.
