USC Beaufort, serving the Lowcountry with the Historic Beaufort Campus and the Hilton Head Gateway Campus, is always looking for qualified part-time (adjunct) faculty to enrich its newly authorized baccalaureate-level academic programs.  Minimum qualifications for teaching in the academic programs are a doctor's or master's degree in the teaching discipline or master's degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline (a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).  A terminal degree is preferred.  These appointments are on a course by course basis.  Salary is commensurate with education, experience and discipline.  These postings are continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.  If your academic area of interest/expertise meets the programmatic needs of USCB at any time, you will be contacted by the Department Chair/Program Director to discuss proposed teaching opportunities.  These needs change from semester to semester.

If you are interested in part-time teaching opportunities in an academic degree program please complete the on-line Academic Personal Information form through the USC Jobs Online Employment Site.  Discipline specific vacancies are maintained continuously so that interested individuals may submit the appropriate information for consideration.  Click on a specific discipline below to apply.
