This includes campus-wide programming, fraternity and sorority life, student organizations, and community-service initiatives on and off campus. The Office of Student Life provides leadership opportunities for USCB students to complement their academic life and learning with hands-on learning experience within the campus and larger communities.

Hello! My name is Mollie Jones, and I serve as the Coordinator of Student Life on USCB’s Bluffton Campus. I’m also a success coach and one of the instructors for our U101 course. I joined USCB in August 2022.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Wartburg College (2016), a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (2021), and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting Foundations from the University of Illinois (2024).

Before coming to USCB, I spent five years teaching middle and high school band in Iowa, followed by a year as a high school instructional coach in South Carolina.

Teaching and mentoring have always been my passions. I’ve long known I wanted to work with college students to help them discover their purpose. My role in student life allows me to connect with students from many backgrounds and on different paths, while continuing to teach both inside and outside the classroom. Every day at USCB brings something new, and I love the adventure

Hi! My name is Danisha Moise and I serve as the Coordinator of Campus life on USCB’s Beaufort Campus. I recently graduated from USCB’s honor program with a bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration of Biomedical Sciences.

I've always enjoyed the sense of community that USCB has to offer, especially on the Beaufort campus. I'm very excited to be able to continue to give back to this university, because it gave me so many opportunities when I was a student here. In this role I am able to continue mentoring students as I did when I was in orientation leader as well as provide them with activities where they are able to connect with their peers and faculty to also feel the sense of community that I did when I was a student!

However, in my free time I love reading and cooking. I have been pescatarian for 6 years now, so trying new dishes to make is always really fun for me to do. I'm a big fan of movies and TV shows, so I'm always interested to hear what someone else is watching at the moment to gain some recommendations. Overall, I'm really excited to start this role and ultimately learn more about the students!
