We will gather feedback from your internal team and external customers/clients through SWOT analysis and anonymous surveys. This valuable information will be summarized by our strategists and used to develop key components of your strategic plan.
Step 3: Plan for the Future in a Focused Retreat
On your roadmap to success, the "Bridge" is the essential structure where your mission and goals come together. Strategies and resources are synchronized to overcome roadblocks and isolate bottlenecks. Assemble your team and join our strategists for a full-day planning retreat to shape your business future. Held at one of USCB's campus locations, with catering by Aramark, our planning retreats commence with a team-building exercise, then using the gathered information and our expertise, we will collaboratively lay the foundation for your strategic plan.
Summary
After completing the three steps, our team will provide you with a comprehensive summary of your strategic plan and a workbook clearly outlining your plan elements and implementation responsibilities.
