ITALIAN CLASSES
INTRO TO PRACTICAL ITALIAN
This course is designed to help students build a basic foundation in Italian, ideal
for travel or casual conversation. The class will focus on essential vocabulary, forming
simple sentences, and gain insight into customs, traditions, social norms, and everyday
life of the Italian culture. The registration fee includes all course materials.
ITALIAN CONVERSATION ESSENTIALS
Take your Italian to the next level! This course is designed for students who already
have a basic foundation in Italian and are ready to expand their skills through real-life
conversation. A continuation of Practical Italian, it focuses on speaking and listening practice in everyday situations such as dining
out, shopping, traveling, and socializing. Students will build vocabulary, strengthen
sentence structure, and gain confidence in expressing themselves naturally. The course
also includes cultural insights into Italian etiquette, traditions, and daily life
to enhance your understanding and communication skills. The registration fee includes
all course materials.
SPANISH CLASSES
BASIC CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH
This updated 6-week course is designed to help students gain a basic understanding
of the Spanish language, essential for travel abroad or engaging in conversations
with native Spanish speakers. The class will focus on acquiring basic vocabulary,
developing simple sentences, and improving conversational skills. The registration
fee includes course materials.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Slow Flow Yoga is a slow-paced yoga with breath synchronization to improve flexibility,
balance, and strength.

YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA
Beaufort Campus | Thursday Only Class
Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue to help lengthen and release built-up tension.
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening
your body through passive stretching.
