Let USCB Sand Sharks Plan Your Wedding

Hospitality, Resort, and Tourism Management students interested in event planning are getting real-world experience as wedding planners.  In their “Wedding and Special Event Planning” course, learning objectives include understanding the business model behind weddings and putting on a real one — including planning, budgeting, promotion, client service, staffing, wedding etiquette and more. Faculty supervise the students as they work with the bride, groom, venue, and local vendors to produce a “USCB Dream Wedding.”
