Join OLLI and Chef Eric Sayers for a virtual cooking-class “trip” in San Sebastian, Spain. Enjoy tasting wines from the Basque region while learning to cook Pintxos (tapas), participants will taste wines from the Basque region. This is a hands-on course where participants learn the history behind the food and wine  as well as the proper preparation of Pintxos.  Each student receives Beronia Pintxo’s "Authentic Basque Recipes," so the fun continues when you get home.
